Use & Care
Add ground moka coffee to the funnel filter and level it without tamping.
Securely screw the upper and lower chambers together before brewing.
Use on a suitable gas or electric cooktop over moderate heat.
Keep gas flames beneath the base rather than extending up the sides.
Remove from heat when brewing is complete.
Use care when handling the pot, as metal surfaces become hot during brewing.
Allow the espresso maker to cool before opening or cleaning.
Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher.
Rinse the aluminum chambers and filter components after use.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads.
Do not soak the beechwood handle or lid knob.
Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly and storage.
Check the gasket, filter, and safety valve periodically for cleanliness and wear.
