Use the graduated cl and oz markings to monitor quantity.

The de Buyer LE TUBE Spare Container lets you prepare a second dough, cream, mousse, frosting, or filling without stopping to empty and wash the container already in use. Its transparent 0.75-liter body is graduated in centiliters and ounces, and the two included lids make it practical to prepare and store mixtures before switching the container onto your LE TUBE dispenser.

A Useful Second Reservoir for LE TUBE
The spare container uses the same 0.75-liter format as the reservoir supplied with LE TUBE. Fill it in advance, close it with the included lids, and exchange it when you are ready for the next preparation.
The transparent Tritan body makes the contents and remaining quantity easy to see, while graduated markings in both centiliters and ounces help with portion planning. It can hold preparations from 0°C to 100°C and is suitable for freezer storage, dishwasher cleaning, and microwave use up to 212°F.
