A Citrus Press That Folds Flat

Fluicer Steel changes the geometry of the familiar citrus press. Instead of stacking two bulky bowls together, the slim stainless steel body opens for juicing and folds flat when the job is finished.

The sideways pivot motion presses the fruit from the sides rather than simply crushing it between two handles. That gives you better leverage while keeping the squeezing action controlled.
