The Dualit Immersion Hand Blender with Accessories Kit combines a 450W motor with a stainless steel blending wand, chopping bowl, balloon whisk, and Tritan blending jug. Its wide variable-speed range and turbo setting give you one handheld system for blending, pureeing, chopping, whisking, and small-batch food prep.
Dualit Hand Blender
Dualit's patented anti-suction wand is designed to reduce the tendency of an immersion blender to grip the bottom of a pan. The anti-scratch foot and six-pronged blade help keep the blender controllable as you work through soups, sauces, purees, and similar mixtures.
VortecS multi-dimensional mixing combines the blade with internal fins in the blending head to move ingredients through the cutting area for more even blending.
Dualit Hand Blender
The variable control runs from 7,000 to 16,000 rpm, so you can start slowly and increase speed as a mixture comes together. Turbo raises the speed to 17,000 to 18,000 rpm when you need a short burst of extra power.
The included accessories turn the main unit into more than a stick blender. Use the chopping bowl for smaller prep jobs, the balloon whisk for cream and eggs, and the 35.1 fl oz Tritan jug for contained blending and pouring.

Good to know
Switch off and unplug the hand blender before cleaning. Wipe the power unit and gearboxes with a damp cloth and never immerse them in water.
The wand, whisk, chopping blade, bowl, lid, and jug can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher on a cycle below 104°F, or cleaned under running water. Handle the blades carefully and dry all parts thoroughly.
