Made for Dried Herbs and Larger Spices

Dried leafy herbs and larger spices do not always feed well through a conventional pepper-style grinder. FinaMill designed the Dried Herbs+ Pod with a larger format and ceramic grinding mechanism that can handle ingredients such as rosemary, oregano, juniper berries, allspice, dried citrus peel, and similar dry seasonings.

Keeping each ingredient in its own pod also makes switching easier. Click the Dried Herbs+ Pod into your FinaMill when needed, grind directly over the dish, then release it and move to another spice without emptying the mill.

Signature Features

Designed for dried herbs: Suitable for dried rosemary, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme, mint, basil, cilantro, tarragon, dill weed, celery flakes, and Herbes de Provence.

Handles larger spices: FinaMill also recommends the pod for allspice, juniper berries, black cumin seeds, caraway, and dried chili flakes.

Dried citrus compatible: Use it with dried minced lemon peel, dried minced orange peel, and granulated lime peel.

Patented ceramic grinding elements: Durable ceramic components provide an even grind without relying on metal blades.

Adjustable grind: Turn the adjustment knob to move from coarse to a delicate fine texture depending on the dish.
