The General-Purpose FinaMill Pod

The Everyday Pod is the place to start when a spice does not need one of FinaMill's more specialized grinding mechanisms. Its ceramic grinding elements handle medium coarse salts, small herb seeds, toasted aromatics, and a broad range of dry seasonings while letting you control the final texture.

Because each spice can stay in its own pod, you can keep frequently used ingredients loaded and switch between them without emptying a conventional grinder or mixing flavors.

Good Choices for the Everyday Pod

Coarse salts: Himalayan pink salt, Hawaiian pink salt, and sea salt.

Spice and herb seeds: Fennel, cumin, caraway, dill, anise, celery, coriander, mustard, and hemp seeds.

Dried aromatics: Toasted garlic, toasted onion, toasted or minced shallots, and dried minced ginger.

Other flavors: Cacao nibs and fenugreek are also recommended by FinaMill for the Everyday Pod.
