Use & Care
Use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Avoid overheating an empty pan.
Use cooking fats appropriate for the temperature and food being prepared.
Use wood, silicone, or other utensils that will not scratch the ceramic surface.
Allow the pans to cool before cleaning.
Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the ceramic nonstick effect.
For routine cleaning, use warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge or cloth.
The pans are dishwasher safe, but repeated dishwasher cleaning may reduce nonstick performance over time.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and other tools that can damage the ceramic coating.
Dry thoroughly before storage.

The Fissler Ceratal® Comfort Ceramic 2 Piece 9.5" & 11" Frying Pan Set gives you two practical sizes for everything from eggs and vegetables to fish, chicken, stir-fries, and larger portions. Both pans use Fissler's water-based ceramic nonstick coating made without PFAS or PTFE, paired with high-sided Comfort bodies that give you more room to stir, turn, and toss ingredients.

Ceramic Nonstick in Two Practical Sizes
Ceratal® uses a water-based ceramic nonstick coating manufactured without PFAS or PTFE. The surface provides easy release for delicate foods while still supporting crisp browning when you need more heat.
Both pans use Fissler's Comfort shape with a high rim and extra-large frying surface, giving you more room for stirring and turning without crowding the pan. The Cookstar® base underneath distributes heat evenly and works on induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.
