Use & Care
Preheat gradually over medium heat.
For frying and searing, add cooking oil after the pan has preheated.

M5 Pro-Ply uses five bonded layers of recycled 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum for rapid, even heating and precise control when you adjust the burner. The construction is designed for cooks who want the responsiveness of clad cookware with the durability and versatility of a stainless steel surface.
Fissler welds the long handle to the pan rather than fastening it through the cooking surface with rivets. That leaves a smooth interior with fewer places for residue to collect, while the sealed rim helps protect the bonded layers from corrosion caused by dishwasher chemicals.
