M5 Pro-Ply uses five bonded layers of stainless steel and aluminum to heat quickly and respond when you adjust the burner. That control is useful across the set, whether you are reducing a sauce in the saucepan, browning proteins in the sauté pan, or searing in the open frying pan.
Fissler welds the handles to the cookware rather than fastening them through the cooking surface with rivets. The result is a smooth interior with fewer places for residue to collect, supported by sealed rims designed to help protect the bonded construction from dishwasher corrosion.
