Five Layers for Faster Temperature Response

M5 Pro-Ply combines stainless steel and aluminum across five bonded layers, allowing the cookware to heat quickly and respond when you raise or lower the burner. That responsiveness is useful when moving from a hard sear to a controlled simmer, reducing a sauce, or managing foods that need tighter temperature control.

The construction extends throughout the cookware rather than relying on a separate base disc, giving the sides and cooking surface a unified multilayer build.
