Use & Care

Its 4-inch diameter provides room for larger batches of stock, soup, mulled drinks, and tea, while the fine mesh allows flavor to circulate without leaving loose ingredients behind.

Large-Capacity Infusion for Pots and Pitchers
The 4-inch mesh ball holds more than a standard tea infuser, making it useful for herbs and spices that need room to circulate in a stockpot, saucepan, teapot, or beverage pitcher. Use it for bay leaves, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon pieces, loose-leaf tea, and other ingredients you want to remove cleanly after steeping.
An attached chain and hook let you secure the infuser to the edge of the vessel and lift it out without reaching into hot liquid.
