Returns
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

Cold Brew Nitro accessory kit for compatible Jura Z10 and GIGA 10 machines
Jura’s Cold Brew Nitro Kit brings the smooth texture and cascading look of nitro coffee to compatible Jura automatic coffee machines. Designed for the Z10 and GIGA 10, the kit uses Jura’s Cold Brew flat white preparation to create Nitro Coffee with a creamy foam head and a freshly tapped finish.
Instead of using cartridges, the kit works with nitrogen drawn from the surrounding air. Two included glass straws give you flexibility with different glass heights, while the holder keeps the straw positioned correctly during preparation.
