Roll, Cut, and Expand

The 150 mm rollers handle pasta sheets for lasagna, filled pasta, hand-cut shapes, and baking projects. A clearly numbered 10-position thickness adjustment lets you reduce the dough gradually until you reach the sheet thickness required for the recipe.

The included cutter handles fettuccine plus tagliolini and spaghetti. Marcato's bayonet connection also lets you replace the hand crank with the optional Pastadrive motor when you want both hands free to guide the dough.
