Use & Care
Lightly flour one side of the pasta sheet before feeding it into the attachment.
Fold the sheet in half with the floured side facing outward and trim uneven ends before starting.
Feed the pasta into the rollers by turning the hand crank.
Separate the two sides of the sheet and position them over the attachment before replacing the filling hopper.
Add filling gradually and turn the handle slowly to form the ravioli.
Do not wash the complete attachment under running water.
Do not place the attachment in the dishwasher.
Clean exterior surfaces and rollers with a cloth and brush.
Lift or remove the scrapers when deeper roller cleaning is required.
Dry any removable components completely before reinstalling them.
Do not use the attachment with the Pastadrive motor.

The Marcato Atlas 150 Ravioli Attachment turns compatible Atlas machines into a dedicated ravioli maker for uniform 45 mm filled pasta. Made in Italy from chromed steel with anodized aluminum rollers, it feeds two pasta sheets and filling together to form and seal square ravioli with traditional zigzag edges.

Consistent Ravioli from Your Atlas Machine
The attachment forms square ravioli measuring 45 mm across with a decorative zigzag edge. Marcato recommends rolling the pasta sheets at Atlas regulator position 6 before feeding them into the attachment.
Once mounted on the machine, two sheets of pasta are guided through the rollers while filling is added through the hopper. Turning the hand crank forms, fills, and seals the ravioli in a continuous strip ready to separate before cooking.

Recommended thickness setting 6: Marcato specifies Atlas regulator position 6 for the pasta sheets used with the attachment.
