The Gnocchi Board comes with a rod, made of solid wood, for preparing Garganelli.
Whether you prefer traditional Sardinian Gnocchi, Squash or Ricotta Gnocchi, classic potato Gnocchi, or Cavatelli, thanks to its robust teeth and ergonomic grip, light pressure will be enough to scrape any type of Gnocchi!
