Use & Care
Use the smooth wheel for straight cuts and either zigzag wheel for decorative edges.
Work on a suitable pastry board or other cutting surface.
Remove flour and dough residue from the wheels after each use.
Clean the handle and wheels promptly rather than allowing dough to dry heavily onto the tool.
Dry all components thoroughly before storage.
Store the interchangeable wheels together with the handle so the complete set remains ready for use.
