The Opinel Facette Olive Wood Steak Knives give four place settings a sharp, resharpenable table knife with a smooth 4.3-inch stainless steel blade and a full-tang olive wood handle. Designed by BIG-GAME and made in France, the Facette profile is clean and substantial, while the individual grain of the olive wood makes every handle slightly different.

A Smooth Edge for the Dinner Table

Each Facette knife uses an 11 cm smooth stainless steel blade rather than a serrated edge. The plain edge cuts meat and other plated foods cleanly and can be resharpened as it wears, giving the knives a longer useful life than a table knife with a permanently serrated edge.

The full tang runs through the olive wood handle, giving the knife a solid structure and balanced feel in the hand.
