Compact Mills for Everyday Table Service

Each mill stands approximately 4 inches tall, making the pair easy to handle and small enough to leave on the dining table. The contrasting black and white finishes identify pepper and salt at a glance.

The metal button on top controls the grind. Tighten it for a finer texture or loosen it for a coarser result.

Peugeot pepper mechanism: Designed for black, white, green, and red peppercorns, blends containing no more than 15 percent pink peppercorns, and coriander seeds.

Peugeot dry-salt mechanism: Designed to grind dry rock salt crystals measuring no more than 4 millimeters.

Adjustable grinding: The top button changes the texture from fine to coarse without a separate adjustment ring.

Beechwood construction: Both mills are made from wood sourced from PEFC-certified French forests.
