Compact Stainless Steel Mills for the Table

Each mill stands approximately 4 inches tall, giving the set a small footprint and a comfortable shape for table service. The copper-plated stainless steel bodies provide more resistance to moisture and intensive use than the traditional wooden Bistro design.

The top button controls the grind on each mill. Tighten it for a finer result or loosen it for a coarser texture.

Peugeot pepper mechanism: Designed for black, white, green, and red peppercorns, blends containing no more than 15 percent pink peppercorns, and coriander seeds.

Zirlion salt mechanism: Peugeot's zirconia mechanism resists corrosion and produces a wide range of salt textures, including a particularly fine grind.

Adjustable grinding: The metal button on top of each mill changes the grind from fine to coarse.

Copper-plated stainless steel: Gives both mills a warm metallic finish over a durable stainless steel body.

Four-inch height: The compact Bistro shape fits comfortably in the hand and takes up little space on the table.

Historic Bistro profile: The rounded shape is based on Peugeot's first table pepper mill from 1874.
