Both compact mills use rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, funnel-shaped reservoirs, and six clearly defined u'Select settings for moving from a fine grind to a coarser texture.

One-Handed Seasoning with Precise Grind Control

The electric design lets you season while stirring, turning food, or holding a serving dish with the other hand. Each 6-inch mill has a compact aluminum body with vertical striations for a secure grip.

The u'Select ring at the base provides six predefined grind settings. Choose a fine texture for finishing and sauces or move toward a coarser grind for roasting, grilling, and table service.

Separate Mechanisms for Pepper and Dry Salt

The pepper and salt mills are not interchangeable. The pepper mechanism is shaped for compatible peppercorns and coriander seeds, while the Zirlion mechanism is intended for dry rock salt crystals measuring no more than 4 millimeters. Wet sea salt and dried sea salt should not be used in the salt mill.
