Compact Manual Mills for Table and Kitchen Use

The 4.73-inch height makes these mills easy to handle at the stove and restrained enough for the dining table. Striations in the aluminum bodies improve grip, while the black top buttons are marked P and S so the contents are easy to identify.

Grind size is controlled through the top button. Tightening the button produces a finer grind, while loosening it produces a coarser result.

Peugeot pepper mechanism: Designed to grind black, white, green, and red peppercorns, pepper blends containing no more than 15 percent pink peppercorns, and coriander seeds.

Zirlion salt mechanism: Peugeot's zirconia mechanism is designed for dry rock salt crystals up to 4 millimeters in size.

Adjustable grinding: Each top button changes the grind from fine to coarse without a separate adjustment ring.

Striated aluminum bodies: The ribbed surface provides grip and gives both mills a clean, coordinated profile.

Separate Mechanisms for Pepper and Dry Salt

The two mills are built for different ingredients and should not be interchanged. The pepper mill handles compatible peppercorns and coriander seeds. The salt mill is intended only for dry rock salt and should not be filled with wet sea salt, including sea salt that has been dried.
