Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping can take 1-5 business days.
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.
Warranty Information

Rosendahl Design Group warrants that merchandise will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from shipment by Rosendahl Design Group US, provided that the merchandise is used as reasonably intended and has not been altered or modified.
This warranty does not apply to the extent that merchandise: (a) has not been handled, maintained, or used in accordance with Rosendahl Design Group’s guidelines or in a reasonable manner, or (b) has been damaged by accident, negligent or external factors.
Rosendahl Design Group’s products are in many cases handcrafted. Therefore, small irregularities in shape, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and are not defects.
Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defect. We may refer you to the manufacturers' Customer Service team, to better serve you.
