Three Sizes for Everyday Prep
The small board handles quick jobs such as herbs and garnishes, the medium board gives you room for everyday vegetable and ingredient prep, and the large board provides more space for bread, cheese, larger produce, and more involved chopping.
The matte polyethylene surface is designed to be easier on knife edges than very hard cutting surfaces while helping normal cut marks appear less prominent. After washing, the ventilated stand holds all three boards upright and separated so air can circulate around them.
