Crafted in Denmark from recycled cast aluminum, the pan heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, eliminating hot spots. The STRATANIUM nonstick coating allows food to release effortlessly while supporting cooking with little or no oil.
Lightweight yet durable, the pan features an oven safe Bakelite handle attached with Scanpan’s patented rivetless locking system. This design keeps the cooking surface smooth and easy to clean while ensuring the handle remains secure over years of use.
