CLASSIC cookware is hand-cast from recycled aluminum for quick and even heat distribution across the pan. The larger 32 cm diameter gives you room to spread ingredients out, while the STRATANIUM surface handles delicate foods easily and still supports browning, searing, and deglazing.

SCANPAN secures the Bakelite handle with its patented locking system instead of screws or interior rivets. That keeps the cooking surface smooth and gives the handle a durable mechanical connection for regular use.

Gas and electric compatible: The pan works on gas, ceramic, halogen, radiant ring, solid plate, and conventional electric cooktops.

Not induction compatible: The original CLASSIC aluminum construction does not have the magnetic base required for induction cooking.
