Shun Premier 7" Santoku Knife – TDM0702 – Made in Japan – Authorized USA Dealer
The Shun Premier 7" Santoku by Shun Cutlery is an Asian-inspired chef’s knife designed to handle most everyday kitchen tasks with ease. What a chef’s knife is to European cooking, the Santoku is to Japan and much of Asia. It has become a favorite worldwide for its versatility, balance, and ease of use.
Slightly shorter than a traditional chef’s knife, the Premier Santoku is light, agile, and easy to maneuver. It handles slicing, chopping, and mincing vegetables, fruits, herbs, fish, and boneless meats with confidence. A gentle belly curve allows for rocking cuts, while the profile is especially well suited to a down-and-forward push cut, making it intuitive for cooks of all skill levels.
