This manual spice grinder comes with 3 pieces: the outer cup, the inner grinder, and the lid. The bowl and grinder are made of traditional cast iron, and the lid is made of beech wood and a silicone seal to securely store ground spices, herbs, and seeds. Place herbs or spices in the cup and twist to grind, pour into the outer cup, then put the lid on top to store.

  • CARE AND USE: This grinder comes pre-seasoned with soybean oil. To lengthen its lifespan and to keep this herb grinder performing at its best, hand wash only using hot water and a stiff brush. To remove stuck-on spices or seeds, scrub the cast iron with a paste of coarse kosher salt and water. Re-season as needed. This grinder measures 3.25" in height, and 4.5" in diameter.
