Use & Care
Adjust the slice thickness using the control knob before slicing.
Guide the bread gently toward the blade while turning the hand crank clockwise.
For softer bread, turn the crank steadily and feed the loaf forward slowly.
Keep fingers away from the sharp circular blade during operation.
Keep the slicer out of reach of children.
Clean the housing and beechwood base with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
For stubborn residue, use a small amount of mild detergent.
Carefully wipe the stainless steel blade with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
Do not immerse the machine in water or place it in the dishwasher.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads.
Store in a dry location with the blade protected from accidental contact.

Adjust the thickness continuously up to 0.7" and guide the loaf across a hardened 440 stainless steel serrated blade made in Solingen, Germany. The red lacquered die-cast body, beechwood board, and four suction feet provide a stable cutting station.
