Use & Care
Choose the fine or medium-coarse drum according to the ingredient and desired texture.
Use the supplied food pusher to guide ingredients toward the grating surface.
Keep fingers away from the rotating drum during use.
Release the suction lever before moving the grater.
Remove the stainless steel drums carefully for cleaning.
Hand wash the drums with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush or sponge.
Wipe the lacquered metal housing with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads that could scratch the finish.
Do not soak the beechwood crank handle.
Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly and storage.
Keep the suction base clean for secure countertop attachment.

A Practical Alternative to Electric Grating
Fit the coarse drum for larger shreds or the fine drum when a smaller texture works better. The hand crank makes it easy to grate directly into a bowl, and the pusher helps move ingredients through the feed opening.
