Use & Care
Select the coarse or fine stainless steel drum according to the ingredient and desired texture.
Use the supplied food pusher to guide ingredients into the drum. Keep fingers away from the rotating cutting surface.
Hand wash the grater and removable drums after use.
Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or brush to remove food residue.
Handle the stainless steel drums carefully because the cutting edges are sharp.
Do not put the grater in the dishwasher.
Do not immerse the wooden crank handle in water for prolonged periods.
Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly and storage.
Keep the suction base and countertop clean to maintain a secure hold.

A Practical Alternative to Electric Grating
Fit the coarse drum for larger shreds or the fine drum when a smaller texture works better. The hand crank makes it easy to grate directly into a bowl, and the pusher helps move ingredients through the feed opening.
