Use & Care
Select the fine or medium-coarse drum according to the ingredient and desired texture.
Use the supplied food pusher to guide ingredients into the drum.
Keep fingers away from the rotating grating surface.
Release the suction mechanism before moving the machine.
Remove the grating drums carefully for cleaning.
Wash the drums with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush or sponge.
Wipe the lacquered metal housing with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads that could damage the finish.
Do not soak the beechwood crank handle.
Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly and storage.
Keep the suction base clean to maintain a secure attachment.
