The Speyer is designed for cooks who like the tactile feel of a crank mill but still want precise control over texture. Its ceramic grinding mechanism adjusts from a powder-fine grind to a coarse crush, with intermediate settings available between the six marked positions. The setting stays in place when the mill is refilled, so you can return to the grind you prefer without readjusting it each time.
