The Zassenhaus Vintage Manual Bread Slicer cuts consistent slices from sourdough, sandwich loaves, baguettes, and other whole breads. Its metal crank turns a Solingen-made stainless steel circular blade, while the numbered adjustment control lets you select any slice thickness up to 2 centimeters.
