Four Knives for the Work That Matters
The 8-inch chef's knife handles chopping, slicing, and general preparation. The 7-inch Santoku provides a flatter cutting profile for vegetables, herbs, meat, and fine slices. The 9-inch double-serrated bread knife cuts through crisp crusts and soft interiors with less crushing, while the 3.5-inch paring knife gives you control for peeling, trimming, and detailed cuts.
All four knives are forged and hardened to 58 HRC. The PERFORMER collection adds a dark DLC finish designed to reduce friction at the blade and a pronounced handle texture that remains secure during demanding prep.
