A Complete Premium Beating Setup

The stainless steel bowl gives the Premium Beaters the dedicated bowl they require, so there is no need to purchase the pieces separately. Its 3.5 L capacity, interior measurement markings, pouring spout, and silicone base ring make it useful for everything from delicate meringue to everyday cake and cookie recipes.

The oversized balloon whisks cover more of the bowl as they turn, helping incorporate air efficiently into cream, egg whites, meringue, buttercream, sponge cakes, and lighter batters. For heavier work, the cookie beaters use sturdy 3.5 mm stainless steel wire and can handle chilled butter in small pieces for pastry and up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough.

Ankarsrum's 7-year limited warranty applies to the Assistent Original machine, while accessories are treated as wear parts and are not covered under that warranty.
