More Than a Meat Grinder

The mincer mounts to the Assistent Original and uses the mixer's motor to process meat, fish, and plant-based mixtures. Four stainless steel hole discs give you 2.5, 4.5, 6, and 8 mm grinding options, so you can move from a fine grind to a coarser texture for burgers, sausages, game, or other recipes.

Three sausage horns extend the system into homemade sausage making, while the strainer separates skins and seeds from fruits and vegetables for smooth sauces, purées, jams, and baby food. The grater adds another everyday use, handling ingredients such as Parmesan, chocolate, nuts, and potatoes.

Warranty Information
Ankarsrum's 7-year limited warranty applies to the Assistent Original machine, while accessories are treated as wear parts and are not covered under that warranty.
