Multifunction induction milk frother with 18/10 stainless steel jug and black Plissé body

The Alessi Plissé Multifunction Milk Frother in Black gives you a dedicated appliance for preparing milk-based coffee drinks with less hands-on work. Why Order from Design & Grace

Authorized Alessi retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Alessi retailer, so you receive a genuine Plissé Milk Frother with Alessi's 24-month manufacturer warranty against product defects.

Ships from Texas: Your Alessi order is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas facility.

Built for the daily coffee routine: The removable stainless steel jug and straightforward controls make it easier to prepare milk for cappuccinos and other coffee drinks without using a steam wand.

Induction Frothing in the Plissé Form

The frother uses induction technology beneath the removable stainless steel jug, separating the beverage vessel from the pleated outer housing. That makes the working parts easy to understand while keeping the appliance visually consistent with the rest of the Plissé collection.

At 11.8 fl oz, the jug gives you useful capacity for preparing milk for several drinks while keeping the overall appliance compact enough for a coffee station or kitchen counter.

Signature Features

Multifunction induction system: Uses induction technology to manage milk preparation without a traditional exposed heating element inside the jug.

18/10 stainless steel jug: The removable metal vessel provides a durable surface for heating and frothing milk.

11.8 fl oz capacity: Gives you practical room for preparing milk for cappuccinos and other coffee drinks.

Plissé thermoplastic body: Michele De Lucchi's pleated exterior gives the appliance the same recognizable form as the kettle, toaster, and other Plissé pieces.

Compact footprint: Measures 4.73 inches wide and 6.70 inches long, making it easy to position alongside an espresso or coffee machine.

600W power: Provides the heating and frothing performance for the appliance's multifunction operation.

Black finish: Coordinates naturally with black Plissé coffee appliances and accessories.

Introduced in 2022: The milk frother expanded the Plissé collection into dedicated milk preparation for coffee drinks.

From Our Founder

"This is the Plissé piece I would add when milk drinks are part of the daily coffee routine. The stainless steel jug feels substantial, the appliance is compact, and the black pleated body lets it sit naturally beside the rest of the collection."
