Its dual grinder system, two pumps, two thermoblocks, two fluid systems, and speed function help keep service moving when several people are making coffee throughout the day. The machine can prepare two specialty coffees at once, making it especially useful where coffee service needs to stay efficient during peak times.
Control is equally important. Products can be stored, copied, personalized, and positioned according to preference, while coffee strength, brewing temperature, hot water temperature, milk quantity, and milk foam temperature can be individually programmed. For managed environments, the GIGA X8 also includes active bean monitoring, a resettable day counter, product preparation counts, and compatibility with J.O.E.
