Made in Italy, the Atlas 150+ includes a double cutter attachment for lasagne sheets, fettuccine, and spaghetti, with 10 thickness settings for rolling pasta to suit different recipes. The Ice finish gives the machine a cool, modern presence on the counter, while the construction stays simple and mechanical: crank, dial, rollers, and dough.

The Atlas 150+ keeps the familiar character of Marcato’s classic manual pasta machine and adds more versatility from the start. With the included double cutter attachment, you can roll fresh sheets for lasagne, then cut fettuccine or spaghetti from the same compact machine.
The 10-position thickness dial gives you repeatable control as the dough changes. Start thicker to bring the dough together, then work gradually toward thinner sheets for filled pasta, layered dishes, or delicate cuts. Each adjustment is direct, visible, and easy to understand.
The Ice finish belongs to Marcato’s colored Atlas range, made for cooks who want a tool that feels considered even when it is not in use. Underneath the color, it remains a practical Italian-made machine with chrome steel exterior construction, anodized aluminum rollers, polymeric resin combs and scrapers, and a wood hand crank.
