The Atlas 150 Classic is Marcato’s most recognizable manual pasta machine, built around a chrome steel body, smooth rollers, a removable hand crank, and a secure counter clamp. It is direct, mechanical, and easy to understand, which is exactly what makes it so useful for learning fresh pasta.
The included ravioli attachment expands the machine into filled pasta, helping shape consistent ravioli from rolled sheets. The spaghetti attachment adds one of the most familiar fresh pasta cuts, making the set especially practical for anyone who wants more than basic sheet rolling from day one.
The Atlas 150 Classic also features 10 thickness settings, so you can adjust pasta sheets as the dough develops. Start thicker to build structure, then move gradually thinner for filled pasta, delicate sheets, or clean cuts. The optional Pastadrive Motor is compatible with the Atlas 150 system, but is not included.
