Alessi Apostrophe Orange Peeler
Matte 18/10 stainless steel orange peeler designed by LPWK
The Alessi Apostrophe Orange Peeler gives you a compact, purpose-built way to score and lift citrus peel without reaching for a knife. Its small sculptural form fits neatly in the hand, while the pointed working end helps open the rind cleanly so the fruit is easier to peel.
Why Order from Design & Grace
Authorized Alessi retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Alessi retailer, so you receive a genuine Apostrophe with Alessi's 24-month manufacturer warranty against product defects.
Ships from Texas: Your Alessi order is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas facility.
Small tool, specific job: Apostrophe is designed specifically for citrus peel, giving you a more controlled alternative to using a paring knife for a simple everyday task.
Designed Around the Peel
Apostrophe is shaped as a compact stainless steel object with a narrow pointed end that scores citrus rind and helps lift it away from the fruit. The curved body gives you enough surface to hold securely while keeping the tool small enough for a utensil drawer or fruit bowl.
The matte finish softens the look of the stainless steel and gives the piece a quieter, tactile surface compared with Alessi's mirror-polished kitchen accessories.
Signature Features
Dedicated citrus tool: Designed to score and lift orange and other citrus peel with more control than a general-purpose knife.
18/10 stainless steel: Provides durable construction in a compact solid-metal form.
Matte finish: Gives the surface a softer, less reflective appearance while preserving the clean feel of stainless steel.
Compact size: At just 2.36 inches high and 0.98 inches in diameter, Apostrophe is easy to store and comfortable to keep close at hand.
LPWK design: The object reflects Alessi's approach to small kitchen tools, where a specific function is given a carefully considered form.
Dishwasher safe: Designed for straightforward cleanup after use.
From Our Founder
"Apostrophe is a good example of why Alessi's smallest tools are often the most satisfying. It does one job, it fits naturally in the hand, and it takes up almost no room when you are finished with it."
Tony Boulton, Founder, Design & Grace
