Use & Care
Add moka-ground coffee to the funnel without tamping, assemble securely, and brew over low to medium heat.
Allow to cool before opening. Hand wash with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly.
Never use a dishwasher, as detergent can damage the copper-colored PVD surface.
Check the safety valve and gasket regularly.

Its approximately 5.7 fl oz (170 ml) brewed capacity suits a few small moka servings, while the 4-cup size works on gas, electric, ceramic and compatible induction cooktops.

Stainless Steel Venus in Copper
Venus is Bialetti's stainless steel alternative to the classic aluminum Moka Express. The rounded body, drip-less pouring spout, heat-resistant anti-slip handle and patented safety valve make it straightforward to use and pour, while the PVD treatment gives the copper-colored exterior a hard-wearing finish.

18/10 stainless steel body: Durable food-grade stainless steel gives Venus a different feel from Bialetti's traditional aluminum moka pots.
Copper PVD finish: The metallic copper color is created with a bonded PVD treatment rather than ordinary paint.
4-cup capacity: Brews approximately 5.7 fl oz (170 ml), measured in small moka-style servings rather than standard American cups.
Induction-compatible size: The 4-cup Venus works on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Check that your induction hob can detect the approximately 3.7" (9.5 cm) base.
Patented safety valve: Bialetti's valve is designed for routine cleaning and dependable stovetop brewing.
Hand-wash care: Wash by hand and dry thoroughly. Do not put the Venus in the dishwasher.
