Designed for a Cleaner Pour
Hestan gives this ladle a deep 5-ounce bowl for moving a useful portion of soup, stock, sauce, or broth at once. The lip is shaped to manage surface tension as liquid leaves the bowl, helping create a more direct stream with less dripping at the edge.
The 13-inch handle provides useful reach into deeper cookware, while the tool's weight distribution and ergonomics were refined with chef input for comfortable stirring, portioning, and serving.
Signature Features
5-ounce bowl: The deep bowl holds a substantial serving of soup, sauce, stock, or broth without requiring repeated small scoops.
Controlled pouring lip: The bowl edge is designed to manage surface tension for a direct, cleaner pour from different angles.
18/10 stainless steel: High-grade stainless steel provides strength, corrosion resistance, and durability for frequent kitchen use.
13-inch length: The extended handle gives you comfortable reach into stock pots, saucepans, Dutch ovens, and other deeper cookware.
Chef-informed balance: Hestan refined the weight distribution, handle ergonomics, and bowl geometry for comfortable everyday handling.
Artisan-polished finish: The polished surface and embossed Hestan monogram give the tool a clean finish that coordinates with Hestan cookware.
Signature hanging loop: An opening at the end of the handle provides a simple option for hanging storage.
Dishwasher safe: The all-stainless construction allows straightforward cleanup after cooking and serving.
