Hestan cookware is manufactured to the highest quality standards. Each piece is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the cookware.
If a Hestan cookware item is believed to be defective, warranty requests and photographs of the product may be submitted by emailing support@hestanculinary.com.
Hestan warrants to the original purchaser that Hestan will replace any defective part or item identified and verified during the warranty period or, at Hestan’s discretion, substitute a replacement pan of similar value.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Minor scratches and discoloration do not affect the performance of Hestan cookware. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Misuse that will void the product warranty includes, but is not limited to, overheating, oven or broiler misuse, sharp metal utensil or appliance damage on nonstick product surfaces, using oven cleansers or scouring pads, cleaning neglect, and dishwasher use on product lines not designated as dishwasher safe.
The warranty gives purchasers specific rights as stated herein. Additional rights may vary from state to state. Should an issue arise with cookware after the 30 day return window, products should not be returned to the store. Handcrafted in Italy, CopperBond uses 5-ply bonded construction with a 1mm 100% pure copper core, an 18/10 stainless steel interior, and a wraparound stainless steel base optimized for induction. The included stainless steel lid rests snugly on the rim to help hold heat for soups, sauces, and reductions.
