Shipping, care and support
Shipping & Returns
The Jura GIGA X8 ships free, usually direct from Jura the day after you order. Tracking is provided.
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in its original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.
Use & Care
Clean the milk system daily when preparing milk specialties. Dismantle and rinse the dual spout daily after milk use.
Follow the machine's prompts for rinsing, cleaning, filter replacement and descaling. Use original Jura maintenance products.
Wipe the machine exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
Keep the ventilation openings unobstructed and follow the GIGA X8 instructions for use.
