We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

The GIGA 10 features 2 electronically adjustable ceramic disc grinders, each connected to its own bean container. Keep a darker roast ready for espresso, a lighter roast for longer drinks, or decaf available without emptying and refilling the hopper.
That flexibility changes how the machine works day to day. Instead of asking everyone to adapt to one coffee, the GIGA 10 lets each drink start with the right bean, then adjusts grind, strength, temperature, milk, and volume through its wide Panorama Coffee Panel.

Jura’s Cold Extraction Process prepares cold brew specialties with cold water pulsed through freshly ground coffee under pressure. The result is not hot coffee poured over ice, but a fresh cold brew extraction made directly in the machine.
