Orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the next day.

Alaska and Hawaii will take 3-5 days.

We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.

When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in its original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

Compatibility

J.O.E. requires the optional JURA Wi-Fi Connect V2, sold separately. No Wi-Fi transmitter is included with the machine.

Use & Care

Follow the machine's maintenance prompts and the instructions for use. Use only original Jura cleaning tablets and descaling tablets. Descaling is not required while a CLEARYL Smart+ filter is in use as directed.

Warranty Information
