We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

Thanks to the integrated RFID (Radio-Frequency-Identification) chip, the CLEARYL Smart continuously records information about filter use and alerts the user when the filter capacity has been used up.
