We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

The Z10 expands what a fully automatic machine can deliver in three key ways.
First, Jura’s Cold Extraction Process uses pressurized cold water pulsed through fresh grounds to produce genuine cold brew in minutes, not hours.
Second, the Sweet Foam function infuses milk foam with flavor, opening up a completely different category of drinks including Sweet Cappuccino, Sweet Latte Macchiato, and Sweet Flat White.
Third, the Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.) automatically adjusts the grind for each selected drink, so every cup is optimized without manual input.
Together, these features create a machine capable of 40 specialty drinks across hot, cold, and flavored options.
A Machine That Knows What It’s Doing
The P.R.G. is one of the Z10’s most important features.
Most machines use a single grind setting for every drink. The Z10 reads the selected beverage and adjusts automatically, producing a finer grind for espresso and a coarser one for longer drinks.
