The Jura Z10 Gen 2 Aluminum White combines light aluminum front panels with 51 specialties, from espresso to Cold Brew and chocolate foam. Its P.R.G.2+ grinder adjusts to the selected drink, and four personal profiles make it easy to keep individual preferences on the same machine.

The Z10 Gen 2 organizes its 51 specialties into four coffee worlds on a 4.3-inch touchscreen. Choose classic hot coffee, Light Brew made with less ground coffee at a reduced brewing temperature, Cold Brew extracted with cold water, or Sweet Foam prepared with the syrup attachment.
The separate chocolate attachment adds mocaccino and chocolate foam. Four personal profiles keep individual preferences accessible, while Easy Mode lets you adjust a single preparation without saving the changes. For a larger serving of black coffee, Pot of coffee prepares one to five brewing cycles, also described as a jug of coffee.

The Z10 Gen 2 prepares espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo, Long Black, a pot of coffee, cortado, espresso macchiato, caffè latte, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato, plus mocaccino, chocolate foam, milk, milk foam and hot water.
For Cold Brew, fill the tank with fresh, cold water and add ice to the glass if you like. For Sweet Foam, fill the syrup attachment to the first, second or third mark, depending on how sweet you like it.

P.R.G.2+ grinder
The grind changes with the drink.
The Product Recognizing Grinder P.R.G.2+ sets the consistency of grind and the amount of coffee for the specialty you choose: a fine grind for short classics, a coarse grind for longer or Cold Brew specialties. Aroma Selection lets you adjust it before a drink.
After each preparation the grinder rotates back to its starting position, for even grinding, consistent performance and a long service life.

Profiles, Coffee Timer and care
Tap and swipe through your own menu, schedule from your phone.
Up to four people can keep their own drinks in personal profiles. Touch and hold a drink for two seconds for Easy Mode, to change it once without saving. The Caffeine Regulator sets the caffeine content in three levels.
With JURA Wi-Fi Connect and the J.O.E. app, the Coffee Timer prepares a drink at the time you choose, up to 16 hours in advance. The Milk Assistant reminds you to rinse the milk system after milk, and the Quality Assistant helps with maintenance.

What is Light Brew on the Jura Z10 Gen 2?
Light Brew prepares selected specialties with less ground coffee at a reduced brewing temperature, using the Light Extraction Process. It gives you a lighter coffee that is ready to drink immediately.
How do I prepare Cold Brew on the Jura Z10 Gen 2?
Choose Cold Brew from the coffee worlds menu and select an available specialty. The Cold Extraction Process pulses cold water through coarsely ground coffee at high pressure. Fill the tank with fresh, cold water, since its temperature affects the result, and add ice to your glass if you like.
How do the syrup and chocolate attachments work?
For sweetened milk foam, fit the supplied syrup attachment and fill it to the first, second or third mark for your preferred sweetness. The separate chocolate attachment uses chocolate syrup to prepare mocaccino or chocolate foam, with three fill marks for cocoa intensity. Both attachments are dishwasher-safe; rinse the syrup attachment after use.
What does the P.R.G.2+ grinder adjust?
The P.R.G.2+ automatically adjusts grind consistency and coffee quantity to suit the selected specialty. It offers seven grind levels and Aroma Selection for individual adjustments. After preparation, the grinder rotates back to its starting position.
What do the personal profiles, Easy Mode and Caffeine Regulator do?
Four personal profiles let different people keep their own coffee settings. Touch and hold a drink for two seconds to open Easy Mode for adjustments to that preparation without saving them. The Caffeine Regulator offers three levels of caffeine adjustment; the settings menu lets you choose whether Easy Mode adjusts caffeine content or coffee strength.
Does the Jura Z10 Gen 2 include Wi-Fi and Coffee Timer?
JURA Wi-Fi Connect is fitted and connects the machine to J.O.E. through a 2.4 GHz home network. Coffee Timer is set through J.O.E. and lets you schedule a selected specialty up to 16 hours ahead. Wi-Fi Connect V2 is not required.
What cleaning does the Jura Z10 Gen 2 need?
Clean the milk system daily after preparing milk drinks. Milk Assistant prompts you to rinse, and the machine also rinses the milk system automatically eight minutes after milk preparation. One-Touch milk system cleaning and Quality Assistant help with maintenance. Descaling is not required while a CLEARYL Smart+ filter is correctly used and replaced as prompted.
How does the Jura Z10 Gen 2 compare with the GIGA 10?
The Z10 Gen 2 has one bean container and one P.R.G.2+ grinder; the GIGA 10 has two bean hoppers and two grinders. The Z10 Gen 2 measures 12.6 inches wide, 14.3 inches high and 18.5 inches deep, compared with 12.6 × 16.1 × 19.3 inches for the GIGA 10.

Use & Care
Clean the milk system daily after preparing milk drinks. The automatic rinse eight minutes after milk preparation does not replace daily cleaning. Use original Jura cleaning tablets, milk system cleaner and descaling tablets. Descaling is not required while a CLEARYL Smart+ filter is correctly used and replaced as prompted. Milk Assistant prompts milk system rinsing, while One-Touch milk system cleaning and Quality Assistant help with routine maintenance.
